Spring into Liz's Gourmet Chocolate

Spring is just around the corner, which means we're gearing up for the Easter Bunny's arrival! Don't forget to include some of our best gourmet products for those a little too old for Easter baskets. We offer unique chocolate flavor combinations :

         We also offer sugar-free and snack size portions as options when you need a snack but not the guilt. Our inspiration: Where it all began

Our inspiration from the very beginning, and eventually our

 namesake, has been Katrina’s mother Elizabeth. Elizabeth 

grew up on a small farm outside of Wausau, WI and was one of eight children. She learned from her mother the family secrets to baking candy and Katrina’s favorite: chocolate covered popcorn.

                               It soon became a tradition that Elizabeth passed on to her daughter, and Katrina has very fond memories of her and her mom spending the holidays baking together.

 I had the privilege last year to meet Elizabeth and see her family home before she passed away, and she was so happy that Katrina and I are turning her dream of selling her chocolates into reality. We couldn't think of a better way to honor Elizabeth and her wonderful family recipes than to name our business after her.

Featuring: New Chocolate Coffee Late


Katrina and I have been working for the past few months on creating a combination of our two most favorite things: coffee and chocolate! We have gathered samples of some of the best coffee's we have tried from around the world and have worked endlessly in our factory recreating the perfect blend of rich dark chocolate, creamy caramel, and hazelnut coffee.  I am so in love with this new creation that it has become the bright spot of my busy mornings.
